Subject: Fishing Charter/ from the Beach

Does anyone have a name for a FRIENDLY, Laid-back, not so SERIOUS charter capt. and help with any suggestions on fishing from the beach or at the pier? Going down in April for several days and would like to spend some 1/2 days with a charter and the others on the beach fishing. Any certain spots I should be at? We hired a charter's in the past and they were so serious and seemed afraid we would damage there gear granted we are not professionals but also not beginners. Just want a fun day on the water with someone with a sense of humor and the love of outdoors.
