I have not stayed at those condos, so I can't comment on the facilities. About riding though... unless your kids ride a lot, it is a pretty long bike ride to most anything on Sanibel, and not a very safe ride to anything on Captiva (on the side of the road, not much in the way of paths on Cap). I would be inclined to stay nearer the center of Sanibel if you would like to be able to ride to most places you might visit. If you want to ride just for the sake of riding however, you will be near Ding and SanCap and the trails are very nice all around there. But you will likely drive to where ever else you choose to go.
