I've been thinking about this one since you posted it...I just can't come up with the right actor. Scott Terra could probably fit most of it, but he seems too laid back, not nearly hyper enough to be Gyro. You'd have to tank him up on caffeine first. Or meth...it's popular these days.
Maybe Macualey...but he doesn't portray himself to be smart enough for the role. And he's probably getting too old for that part anymore also.
I just can't come up with a match...sorry :(
