Subject: Saturday Night Vampire Trivia (11/13)

I'm sure that most people remember the popular movie, "I Am Legend", when it hit theaters a few years ago. The movie was about the last living man on the planet, hiding out from a species of cannibalistic mutants that only came out at night!

Now most people will tell you that this movie is a 'remake' of an older movie called "The Omega Man", starring Charlton Heston! With the same virus, same mutants, same 'last man on the planet' scenario! With fiends that only came out at night, mutants with a virus, and the same run in with the last WOMAN on the planet!

BUT....for those film fans who have really done their research...BOTH movies are actually remakes of an even OLDER film, in black and white, starring horror master, Vincent Price! And it was actually CALLED, "The Last Man On Earth"! With the same storyline, same virus, same basic plot with the hiding out and the woman and the dog.....but in the *ORIGINAL* story...those evil night time creatures that couldn't stand the daylight and were hunting the protagonist throughout the entire movie...

Were actually described as 'VAMPIRES'!!!

Definitely a 'vampire lover' movie worth checking out!

Just a Vampire Fact...from Comicality! :)
