Subject: GD Question #15 - How do the 'Frogs' work? (The devices from Dash's sanctuary and the IceZone)

You know, it's not really explained in the story how the extra inhibitors work, and that's mostly because I wasn't sure of a way to actually explain it and make it sound 'logical'. Hehehe, there's nowhere online to really do research on something like that. But here's how I would imagine it works...

I'm thinking that the sensors located in places like the IceZone and Dash's sanctuary, would send out a silent 'signal' of sorts, that would cancel out certain brainwaves as they are activated. So many extras (but not all) would be affected if the vampire were standing anywhere near one. For each 'frog', there would be a slightly different frequency, and those different frequencies would act on different extras. For most vampires, say in the IceZone club...they might be completely rendered helpless in some parts of the club, and be just fine in others. Because they would only have one or two extras to worry about. But to Justin, who probably has hundreds of extras, if not thousands, the working abilities would shift around an awful lot as he passed from one frequency to another, making him extremely dizzy.

Anyway, it was something I was kinda hoping to 'slide' by with without explaining, hehehe! But that's kinda how my mind was working at the time. :)
