Subject: doesn't this rule only apply to a 'registered teacher'? Or does passing the exam mean you are automatically registered?

[> [> A qualified TCRG still has to be registered, by paying their registration fee. That doesn't mean they are not recognised as a new TCRG in the school. As far as AC are concerned the only difference between Registered and non-registered is that their dancers cannot compete under their name The full rule is inside and you should note it just says Teacher not Registered Teacher. In all of the other rules relating to TCRG it specifically refers to Registered, so I assume this rule covers non-registered TCRG as well. As with most CLRG rules, it isn't 100% clear -- any views?, Sat, Sep 22 2007, 14:56:53 [1]

3.1.9
A pupil is not subject to the Transfer Rule (6 months) where there is a change of status within the class i.e. where a new or another teacher commences teaching under the name of that school, or where a teacher leaves a school. In this situation, the pupil will have ONE opportunity within a one-month period to decide on their choice of dancing school. His/her teacher will
inform the pupil of this in writing and a copy of the letter will be sent to An Coimisiún or other relevant authority.
