Getting organized with a lesson plan

It is always a challange to come in a classroom as a teacher, stay in front os some people and transfer your specific knowledge. Besides the wisdon which is one of the main tools that a teacher should have, you must have some characteristics that will contribute for you become a good teacher. Some of them are native like talent, easiness for teaching and charism however, there are others that you can work out and develop them. Organization is one example, and an excellent way to get organized is preparing a lesson plan. Lesson planning involves the concerning with each moment of the class. This planning requires time and dedication to be done everyday for each class.
Before each class, a teacher worries about what and how he will teach that day. Preparing a class requires so much concerning that eventually, if you are not organized, your class might be damaged. A lesson plan is a good way to strcuture a class, i a sheet of paper you will write each step of you class: the topic, procedures, materials to be used, etc. So firstly you need to know for whom this class will be prepared.
When you start to write a lesson plan you need to focus on your audience, the framework of the planning is the students. Even if you have two classes that will learn the same topic, you will need different lesson plans, each group of student demands different methods. Knowing your group of students you could think about the topic and the unit of the book to be worked. Then, the focus is on goals, you need to think about the purpose and aims of this specific class and what you expect about the students at the end of this class.
After that the next step is the objective wanted, now you will write about students aquisicion, what they will be able to do and how they will demostrate it. Finalizing this theorical part, you start to prepare the rationale. You justificate the importance of this class and topic, why you think is important students get this knowledge. After the rationale get done, you will work on a more pratical part, how you will put everything that you have theorized in practice.
Knowing the aims of the class, you could focus on the pratical part of the lesson plan, at this part you will detail the subject, program each step of your class and find a way to evaluate the teaching process. The first step is prepare the content of the class, you will describe what are the subject to be taught . now that you have the topics you will work on instruction procedures. At this part it is necessary to be detaild because, it will be your guide throught the class. Here you will work in small sections firstly, you describe the warm up, how you will get students attetion. Then you write about how you will introduce the new topic and which method will be used to teach. It is necessary to highlight how you will analyse and check the progress of the class. This section is also the place where you will write the cexercises and the participation of students. At the end when you prepare the closure you will think about the feedback and a way to reinforce the learning and correct misundertandings. Do not forget to timing each activity, this is a good way to have controll of the class and be sure that every part planned willl be realized. When you have this precedure part done, you will focus on evaluation, which consists in an evaluation of wat have been learned. You need to find strategies to ensure that students achived the objective and goals. After all these steps your lesson plan is almost done, to end up you will make a list of material that will be used during this class. It helps you to deal with time, and you get ready without putting in risk the class.
The role of the teacher is not only decide what will be the subject of the next class. His work begins before he gets in the subject. A teacher needs to concern about a lot of factores which influencies the teaching process, the reasons why such subject must to be taught, its contents, how it will be taught and etc. These are some examples of what is behind a class, and sometimes a teacher is not able to prepare a class with all these factores. It is a matter of organization, and a good way to get organized is lesson planning. When a teacher develops a plan providing directions and thinking about the goals do be achieved by the students, he is able to manage the learning process and became the teaching more effective.
