Claudia,
In order to do an easier peer editing for us both, I'll list the errors I found below,and the paragraph in which they are.
First paragraph:
"the teach of grammatical forms" We- instead you could write:"the teaching of grammatical forms"
Are you quoting Swan? Don't forget using quotation marks or saying"According to Swan(2002)..."
We "makes part of grammatical competence"- is a translation of a Portuguese expression.Rather, prefer:
"is included in / is part of grammatical competence."
"According to David Nunan(1999), the communicatively teach of grammar through the task based teaching"(??)confusing.Suggestion:
"Accordind to...the communicative method /approach of grammar called task-based approach..."
"...there is a real production of ceatively language " here you are empoying an mode adverbial instead of an adjective(creative)to qualify a noun( language).The same error occurs at the beginning of third paragraph and at the ending of the fifth.
Fifth paragraph:
Comment:"focus on form is not an approach, but a requirament or a feature of the task based approach in contrrast to others .

Final comment:
You didn't present the bibliographical references you used in order to construct your text.Have you consulted Block(2003) or Ellis(2005)?
