Typical ! there's been a huge surge in immigration to the lower mainland from Asia, India, Ontario and the USA since Expo '86. They've all managed to tap into our schools, healthcare and have used up all the capacity of Hydro building their monster houses. Now after numerous hydro increases already it seems that we have to fund more damns etc to provide power for all these immigrants and immigrants to come. As usual, born-in-B.C.'ers get the shaft ! Vancouver is already 46% people whose 1st language is not either English OR French ! Enough is enough !!!!
