"Planners advised that this is a 3-lot subdivision, in which the ALR will not be affected. The Ministry of Transportation (MOT) is the approving office for subdivision applications, and the CSRD is satisfied that all requirements are met.

"The advisory planning commission recognized that this subdivision is in compliance with statutory requirements, however, expressed concern that this type of subdivision may lead to the potential loss of forest lands for residential purposes. Discussion also included the present road and dedication.

"The advisory planning commission appreciated being informed of the application.

"No motion was made in regards to this application."
