Subject: Nancy did a fantastic job and she did absolutely nothing wrong as many other didn't either. But since Miss USA is over now, who do we think will win Miss TX USA this September? Who is the best bet to send to Miss USA now that it has turned into a different pageant?

I agree her dress may not be the best but she could wear anything off the rack and still be able to pull it off ! Beautiful facially she seemed very relaxed and comfortable in her own skin. Subject: Why is the Crystal group liking ANY Texas USA local contestants pictures on ANY social media( IG, FB)? Miss Texas USA, yes. Miss Texas Teen Usa, yes. BUT anything else looks like favoritism and prejudice. They already have a reputation of having “favorites” and when I see that they are selecting on social media who ‘LIKE,” just makes me mad. If you are going to like one… you must like all. I don’t even have a horse in the race, I’ve just been watching Texas for over 10 years, and when I see this…. I can only imagine how the contestants that spend thousands of dollars feel. Believe me, they see it.

Subject: So happy Texas finally decided to use the tiara versions of the USA for the pre-lim winners that almost all of he other states use! I saw RGV and Lubbock have theirs, they're so much prettier in my opinion.

I am curious as to what is really being thought about our Texas prelims and State pageant. I have heard many say that Texas is rigged from prelim to state. I have heard that you have to be part of the "in" crowd to get anywhere (like good old Jr. High) smh. I have heard that NOB is taking Mel's spot. I have heard that certain sponsors cater to certain ladies and make others pay larger amounts for their services. I have heard that judges are friends of the prelim directors and are coaxed to pick certain ladies. Oh and the granddaddy of them all (drum roll please) IT'S ALL RIGGED. I would yes that I'm sure directors have their favorites but it is very hard for me to think that they would jeopardize their business, themselves and the system's integrity just to get a favorite in that job.
