Subject: Making Mackral

Hey Randall I know your a expert at this so if you would be so kind as to tell me the easyest way to catch Macs at Redondo Harbor and what type of jig or? you are using.

I have seen a commercial lobster guy make macs by the Yacht club at Redondo harbor. It looked like he was chumming something and then just scooping up the macs in a net.

The way I do it now is right from my dock by chumming catfood or cut up mackral and then using small peices of squid on small hooks with a split shoot of weight.

Help,

Roger
