Subject: Videotape him dancing, and let him watch his own posture. Have him practice in front of a mirror so he can see what he is doing. The arms and front lean may happen in times of rapid growth, but actually seeing it helps the dancer to fix it. Also remind him to roll his shoulders back just before he starts to dance.
