This photo was published on 17th July, six days before the final night. Miss Greece Rika Dialina, will be given a temporary permit to enter U.S.A. to compete in Miss Universe 1954, the state department has ruled. She has been barred under the McCarran act, but the attorney general said he will let her come here.
