Miss World 1957. Interesting Facts 2.

Close to tears, Leona Gage, disqualified as Miss U.S.A. (right) in Miss Universe 1957 because she was married and she had two sons, kisses successor, Miss Utah, Charlotte Sheffield (left), but she was ruled ineligible to compete in the final night because she wasn’t in the preliminaries.

Charlotte Sheffield participated as Miss U.S.A. in Miss World 1957, but she didn't qualify.
