I agree with you, Carla. Hard not to see Pamela without thinking of that 'dollar a dance' girl that attempted to dance her way into Jamie's bed that night. And besides, in her letter she wrote to Jamie at the end of EU, she told him that she was more like Casey and Pat than he knew. So whatever Casey thinks about taking her from a bette world to which she belongs, I don't think she really feels that way. -- Cindy's Cottage
