Subject: I'm still not sure that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is correct. I think that Colleen coped for as long as she could in that environment and then needed a change in order to save herself maybe. What may be perceived as running away from something could be running to something. Perhaps some situations like Colleen and Jamie's just cannot be solved and therefore it's best to separate and retreat in order to save oneself instead of losing both people.

  • I thought that Jamie had no idea who Pamela was but I thought that her name would ring a bell at least. I'm still not quite sure but if he does recognize Pamela then maybe he isn't owning up to that because he is trying to figure out what she is all about now, why she has reappeared and what her intentions are.
