1. I can't speak for Cindy, but when the "muse" (for lack of a better word) strikes and the words start flowing the way you want them to, it's like channeling somebody else. When you can't get the words down the way you feel and hear them in your head, that's like being cut-off from something vital. 2. To me as a reader, finding wee Jo was almost a blessing. At least now there was some closure, a knowledge of what happened to her. Although the reality was horrid, oftentimes not knowing is worse.
