Subject: 2. Funny, I never thought of Pamela not being born in Ireland as a sin or that is was her fault. I didn't fully realize that Pamela felt this way until you mentioned the quote Mahri. I can understand her not getting the rules, social or political, but I'm not sure if it's naivety. I think there is something more. Maybe it's her outlook on life, her beliefs and what she wants from life and for her life with Casey? I do agree that if you aren't born and don't grow up in a place that it would prove almost impossible to learn or understand the 'rules' of that place.
