Casey knows well enough by now that those silences do not bode well for himself, so he is a bit relieved by the name calling, it means she's starting to thaw. :) Myself I name call in the midst of the fight. I don't even do that much anymore- I have an unfortunate tendency to see how ridiculous I'm being right at the height of my anger and sometimes have to leave the room to laugh. Not going to let Pat see me laugh but the bugger knows what's going on at this point in our relationship and uses it to his advantage.
