Somewhere in here there was a lump forming in my gut, just knowing there was another wallop waiting, and I was expecting Pat to be honest. I think Pamela knows Jamie will help in the external problems in her life, just as Casey might but this is a very internal and intimate and to go to Jamie now, would split the wound wider I think, not just for her.
