Subject: I agree. Plenty of sleepless nights for several teachers I can imagine. Absolutely deserve to be penalised for it. It has gone on far too long. I feel it for the decent and honest teachers, not to mention the poor kids being losing out while these games are being played to feed some sickos perverse ego.
