Subject: Ignorant message
In reply to: Laura needs to realise, yes she has 300k followers. A lot are young dancers. She looks absolutely horrific and shouldn’t be promoting that look. 's message, "Just seen Laura Davidsons recent TikTok video. Basically asking people to stop commenting about her weight. Turning into a ‘woe is me’ and don’t say anything about me or your negative." on 21:42:36 08/17/24 Sat

That is such an ignorant and uneducated message. L is clearly not promoting her body, she’s never mentioned it until she was forced to by other people which is wrong. Like she said in the video, she has friends and family that are supporting her and she is dealing with things off of the camera.
The reason why so many dancers have eating disorders and issues with body image is because of people making comments equating their weight to their worth and their ability to be a good dancer etc. she has never been a ‘woe is me’ she’s simply saying you don’t know what happens behind closed doors and asking kindly to stop commenting on her body… which is a very reasonable request. Like seriously, we wonder why women and dancers have such low self esteem.
