They seem to be being made at a rate of about 20-30 pieces per month. We get a shipment generally once a month, sometimes sooner, sometimes later depending on demand, holidays, monsoons (not kidding) etc.

When we started doing this, there were four models we dealt in. Now there are nearly 30 and more in the works. There are only so many man-hours available each month, and the more models there are, the more those hours are divided. The doubles really cut into the man-hour pool, as there are twice the locks and twice the barrels to make.
