1. Yes music can nourish the body. It brings people to together to dance (exercise), makes people job and run more. Then it also makes your feet tap to the music, a muscle work out.
2. Brings greater health to mind by brain waves get excitied when listening to music. Makes your mind think and respond, also it does not hurt your ear drums at all.
3. Yes, song with degrading lyrics can damage your eternal soul (haha). Reallly though. Also can create depressing moods for already depressed people, not a good combination. Angry music can create violence.
4. The music that nourishes the mind, i feel that music can help my moods and create a better spirit in the room.
