1. I think that music can affect the physical body. for example, i listen to music when i run and it motivates me to run more. Also, music makes dancing possible, which is another form of physical excersize. Finally, music can help the physical body by helping me relax and/or fall asleep.

2. Music can bring focus to your mind in many ways. Listening to some music makes you think and try to understand the lyrics. Next, music can help your mind by playing and learning it (music theory). Finally, music can help the mind by song lyrics and ideas which can introduce us to new ideas and thoughts.

3. Music can damage and help the soul. It can aid the soul through the physical and mental aid. Also, music can damage some peoples souls (depending on the person) through excessively crude language or inappropraite innuendos. An example of this is a 3 year old listening to 50 cent. However, music can also aid the soul by influencing our emotions and making us happier.

4. Music that nourishes the mind is more important to me than music that nourishes me physically. Even without music I will be physically nourished, but music adds new ideas and thoughts to my mental nourishment.
