In reply to: Mr. Moore 's message, "The Beatles - Growing Up" on 08:20:01 12/07/07 Fri

1. The earlier Beatles songs had a happier and more upbeat sound. The sound was more of what people would recognize as a typical rock song. The later songs used less instruments and evolved into a more electronic sound.
2.The lyrics of earlier songs were more positive and the theme of the songs were easier to understand. In later songs, the lyrics evolved into themes of loss and deeper emotions such as the songs "Yesterday" and "Nowhere Man" as opposed to lighter themes in the songs like "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "A Hard Day's Night".
3.
4. My favorte eara of the Beatles is when the sound was more electronic
