Hey you guys,

Just a small point that Sash and I have pondered on and as yet can find no answer to. With this form, should there be a set syllable count? I didn't bother at all, Mick kept it REALLY tight! LOL. We are curious to find out, and any input would shed light.Either way this is producing some great work.

Peace and love,

Paul.

Petrarchan's are typically iambic, but some have been in hexameter or tetrameter. I didn't mention any because, um....syllables aren't really my thing, lol. These sonnets aren't associated with a syllable count the way shakespearean are, and in my book, rules are meant to be challenged and ignored.

;)

Jess
