] Date Posted: 13:18:34 11/23/07 Fri Michael had a parrot and it liked to swear at him. The parrots vulgarity began to worsen as time went by. Frustrated, Michael tried every suggestion he received, and still the parrot's vulgarity continued, getting worse and worse. Michael tried soft music, and soothing words to coerce the parrot to sway from his vulgar and dispicable foul language and behaviour. It didn't work either. One day his friend told him that he should just get rid of the parrot. In a last minute ditch effort, he thought about doing just that, but changed his mind. He felt he could retrain the bird for good or at least better behaviour. Only the parrot got worse and began insulting and attacking Michael. In his desperation he took the parrot and put him in the freezer, hoping to "cool" him off and find a few minutes of peace. The incessant squaking continued for several minutes from inside the freezer, and Michael so wanted a break from this. After several minutes, he noticed the parrot had stopped talking. In fear, he thought he froze the bird to death, so he opened the freezer to let him out, hoping he hadn't killed it. What came next shocked Michael even further. The parrot walked out gently and perched on Michael's arm, and began to squak, "I so do apologize for my crude behaviour, and truly hope you would accept my sincerest apologies. I would certainly understand if you didn't. In an effort to make it up to you, I will promise to be the most humblest of creatures, should you choose to forgive this old bird." With a shocked stare, Michael, looked straight into the parrots eyes, totally stunned by his radical attitude and behaviour changes. Michael was just floored. The parrot squaked one more time, saying "By the way, what did the Turkey every do to you?" [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
