My guess is you could take this drawing (instead of someone else's) and write an awesome poem about it. Not meant for pushing you there more that I know where the picture and the poems come from. I've seen this before but, it's so raw and ready it demands a second look if only to ask, "Why are the eyes all closed?" Only an artist can do such things without intention. Date Posted: 14:18:13 12/20/07 Thu ~ (((((((((((((((((Andz))))))))))))))) rest, honeybunch, rest!!!! it's such a treat to pop in here and find your words here. and you are the only one who has ever asked about the eyes :) I love that you asked....they are asleep, as in eternal sleep.. this picture did indeed come on the back of a series of weird dreams I woke up, opened my eyes and saw this tree in front of my face (no drugs either..lol) it seemed to be breathing...but as my eyes cleared I could see the tree so clearly and there were faces in the tree, eyes closed... At the time of having these dreams I had been asked to draw a piece that depicted our connection to nature and our ancestors, so that is who I figured the faces in the tree to represent I love that you stopped in here, hon love ya lots, partner! *warm kiwi hugs* Sash xx  .
