Alright we have a race confirmed for Saturday, November 1 at Northstar. We've had several people asking for this, so we need a good car count to show Northstar we can put on a good show. This will also help us for next year. Tell your friends and competitors, we need them all. We will meet after this race to set the rules for next year, hopefully we will set a committee up from all the different combinations . The following rules will be used for this race. 1. ride height of a minimum of 4'' 2. lexan allowed 3. drag radial tires allowed 4. stock firewall and floorpan to be welded from firewall to behind the front seat foward or backwards hood scoop allowed 5. mufflers required 6. bolt on front ends allowed as long as it bolts in the stock location 7.must have steel quarter panels 8. cars must appear stock from the outside, to the average fan 9. head lights and tail lights must be stock and working 10. wheelie bars allowed 11. true ten five tires ( 29.5 x 10.5 s no w's ) 12. big blocks and turbos 3200 lbs 13. small block 2800 lbs 14. oem transmission only 15. no hoosier tire, part # 18192d05 100.00 car and driver 1500.00 to win 750.00 ru 350.00 semis 200.00 qtrs Pay out is based on a 16 car field. I am trying to add to this payout. If we can find sponsors that money will be added to the payouts, so if anyone can help let me know.
