In reply to: bpc 's message, "add 100 pounds is easy to do , but take a 100 pounds off is the hardest thing to do and and follow the rules, you see most cars that go by the rules will be 3200 pounds , most all cars with big blocks will be over 3200 pounds to take a 100 off you will need to cut some of the rules out . i beleave you should not even get to run wheely bars .." on 14:44:19 01/05/08 Sat Look at the rules, with lexan, fiberglass, etc. It's eay to build a big block car that weighs 2800 lbs. If I had an aluminum block my car would weigh 2700. This class needs a good car count, and there are lots of stock suspension cars like mine that meet EZ Street and other stock suspension rules. All we need is a weight break to be competative. I've got stock glass, suspension, and run on a drag radial. Let me weight 3000 lbs. and I'll stay on the drag radial and make it a fair race. I'm just throwing out ideas that will provide good racing and more cars, unless you want to rule this thing to death and have all the cars look the same, run the same. Limited Street racers certainly aren't afraid of the EZ Street guys with a weight break are they? [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Replies:
