Subject: wheelie bars
In reply to: Robert Lane 's message, "In my opinion, you should allow Lexan, Aluminum Dash's and bolt on fiberglass fenders and ect. You need to attract as many cars as possible to this class in this area. This class had car count issues when it was ran at the TTT5 races. A bunch of ORSCA style rules will run off existing cars in this area, that could add to your car count. If some of these guys with more money than sense want to go run ORSCA then let them. Texas really needs to do its on thing, not worry about what rules they have on the other end of the United States. If they like their rules then let them drive way the hell over there to race." on 22:33:02 12/09/07 Sun

i agree chad. the front ends and alum. interior is not a street appearing car and the use of wheelie bars will put the front runners in the 70s on such a consistant basis that the car count will suffer at least a possible 70 car has a chance of blowing the tires off easier without the sissy sticks just my .02
