You need to attract as many cars as possible to this class in this area. This class had car count issues when it was ran at the TTT5 races. A bunch of ORSCA style rules will run off existing cars in this area, that could add to your car count. If some of these guys with more money than sense want to go run ORSCA then let them. Texas really needs to do its on thing, not worry about what rules they have on the other end of the United States. If they like their rules then let them drive way the hell over there to race." on 22:33:02 12/09/07 Sun Just my 1 cents, I know some of you probably could care less though but, i thought the purpose of this class added to the KOTH Outlaw 10.5 was to join forces so that since Outlaw 10.5 and Limited Street is probably some of the most exciting racing in the country, with the conjunction of ORSCA, KOTH, PSCA teaming up for some races through out the year why not collectively go by the ORSCA rules since they opened up the door and beat them with what they have all ready implemented over the years. Texas showed they were game this year running against them and just keep up the good work. But think about if Hoyle the Limited Street record holder with 4.75 puts bars on his car along with Jeff Cooner and some more the cars will be running 4.60s. Limited Street started off with cars that had factory appearing dashes and pretty much everything else in OEM location with a ton of horses and no bars. Lexan windows, fiberglass frontends, relocated firewalls, take away from the class. Just take the class a step at a time when KOTH went from Big tire to 10.5 there were a bunch a nay sayers and a couple of years and running they are recognized in 10.5 with some strong competitors. Limited Street in Texas has tooken off strong from the Houston guys showing there game and they are not complaining about the rules no bars and runnig 4.80s and dipping into the 4.70s now too. David Wolfe is a hard hitter with out bars and he is from DFW so just follow suit with the non complainers and atleast get the season started on the track before you kill a good thing before it gets started good. Just my 1 cents get em Texas where everything is bigger and better. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Replies:
