I reported my own to the Customer "Service" lady on Friday via the NYC 311 number. I was told that my complaint would be faxed over to the station manager at 207th Street right away. So, that was on Friday. I can't wait to get there on Monday and see what the hell they'll have next. I was just on an A train in from Mott this evening and wouldn't you know? The car I got into was HEATED and when I changed cars, that one had NO DESTINATION! oh yeah! Raise my fares and screw me harder. Maybe it's time for Rockaway to go back to the LIRR OR BETTER YET, CREATE ITS OWN LINE!
