I personally think that Matias is right about Dwight Eisenhower's most successful foreign policy action being the establishment of the SAC (Strategic Air Command). The use of SAC really did give the United Sates more power which led to us having advantages over other countries. This was important because it led to his main goal which was the mission for peace. Matias definitely made a good point about SAC leading to the prevention of communism and the use of nuclear weapons.
