Ham & Pineapple Kabobs :
1-1/2 ham chunks
8-oz can pineapple chunks,
save juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons brown sugar,packed
1/8teaspoon ground ginger

Alternate ham & pineapple on skewers;
place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Combined saved juice & remaning ingredients; pour over kabobs, turn to coat.Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs.Grill or bake until hot about 10 minutes

Hot Diggity Dogs
Serving Size : 25    Appetizers         
36 ounces Hot Dogs -- (3 12-oz. pkgs)
1 medium Chopped Onion
2 cups Barbecue Sauce -- any brand
3 teaspoons Hot Sauce -- hot or mild as desired

Slice hot dogs into 1/2 inch thick circles; arrange hot dog pieces lying flat on baking sheets.
In a small mixing bowl, blend hot sauce with barbecue sauce.
Pour barbecue sauce mixture over hot dog pieces as evenly as possible, then sprinkle with chopped onions.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until hot and browned.
Serve with toothpicks to skewer individual hot dog pieces.
