QUICK COOKIES (No-Bake Cookies)

2 C sugar
1/2 C margarine (1 stick)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C cocoa
1/2 C milk
1/2 C peanut butter
3 C oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine, salt, cocoa and milk; boil 1 1/2 min. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Beat well and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Allow to harden.
Makes approx. 4 dozen.

Raspberry Dessert Sauce
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
Artificial sweetner to equal 4 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place milk, berries ,sweetner & vanilla in blender;
cover and process until whipped.

Really good over Angel Food Cake
