We will be running this week on Monday, Weds. and thurs at 5 pm.

On Sat. May 16 there are two races. One is in Minford and starts at the Middle school. $10 if you are preregistered and $15 on race day. It is a 5k race and the registration starts at 7:30 and the race starts at 8 am. You can register online at www.minford.k12.oh.us/mhs

The other race is Run By the River at the Greenup dam and is for SOMC hospice. It is $15 after 4/25 and on race day. It is a 7 mile run down river road and back to the Dam. It will be timed by tristate racer.

June 13 Counseling Center 5k race registration 8:30 race at 9 am
June 13 Run By the River Russel Ky registration 7:00 race at 8:30 am 5 & 10k
June 17 Super Quik 5k Flatwoods Ky registration 7 am race at 8am
Aug. 22 The Buckeye run 5k registration 8:00 race at 9 am
