Thanks for your interesting story.

The first surgery at 4 seems to be a standard procedure to put a testicle in place.

The second procedure is also a standard test to see if a kid urinates well. But since the whole swim team had it done, the main purpose seems to plan urogenital adjustments to enhance sport results.

The circumcission was to collect tissue for use in reserch and medical industry, but also to make the penis less prominent.

It is difficult to see what the purpose of the gall bladder surgery was. But I guess that too had the purpose of enhancing sport results. Possibly it makes the passage of intestinal content faster so that the stomach is less inflated.

The adjustment surgeries at the scotum had the sole purpose of making the genitals less prominent to enhance sport results.

Nowadays nearly all kids that coaches aims for championship sport are secretly adjusted surgically to give better sport results. This maay be good for the sport, but it is not good for the long term health of the kids.

By the way, did your parents participate in your adjustment program by doing daily or weekly bodily procedures on you? If so, could you tell more about that too?
