That may explain why you still had the catheter when you woke up and through the slit in your boxers..

Still it is normal to take off the underwear during preparation.

One reson is that one uses a big electrode under the buttocks to a make an electric surcuit for the surgical instrument.

Another is installation of catheter.

A third can be installation of surveillance electrodes.

A forth is putting a suppository int through the anus to take away pain after the procedure.

Extra examinations are fairly common, but is not a part of the normal procedure.

But the teams usually try to hide for the kid that heshe has been totally naked by taking out the catheter and replacing underware before the kid is totally awake.
