Subject: My boyfriend is thinking about having surgery

My boyfriend is looking into having surgery to discount his intestines from his bum so he can be clean all of the time down there. I've said to him that it's a big surgery but he wants to go through with it. When I was 16 I was suffering from chronic inflammation in my intestine and had mine partially removed but my boyfriend doesn't have any problems with his but just wants to do it anyway.
