Girl, 16yo, extensive dermatological checks, nude photography and sample taking

It happened USA a few years ago. I was 16 at the time, I am female. I am the one who answered about the clinic with the glass walls. This was a few months afterward. I forgot about this site, I wanted to update you.

So after my mom badgered me about it for a while, I finally went back to that clinic for the dermatology referral because my skin tone looked uneven. Mom said that if I didn't go, she would inspect me naked every single day and keep an eye on the color changes.

One thing that surprised me was, at the front desk, the receptionist told me that as a dermatology patient, I was free to undress in the waiting room if I needed to, for my skin. I thought that was really strange. Of course I didn't, but as I looked through the glass partitions at other patients being examined, I realized there wasn't much point since everyone would be seeing me anyway.

I was taken into the exam room and given specific instructions to get ""completely and totally naked."" This time my clothes were taken away to another part of the clinic for tsting. I guess in case the detergent was part of the problem. They also shaved me completely again, which annoyed me because my body hair had started growing back. But the nurse insisted that every bit of skin be visible, and said that it would actually be helpful to shave my head as well. I was horrified, but she said they wouldn't force me to.

The doctor came in with two male medical students and they checked every inch of my body. They rotated around me, each checking one part at a time, and taking a lot of notes. I was intensely embarrassed as they held my labia open, looked at my butthole, between my toes, behind my ears, everywhere.

I had to move into many positions so they could see, and multiple times, I could see people walking by outside the glass stop and stare. My hair was combed repeatedly in different directions so that they could see as much of my scalp as possible.

The doctor did ask quite firmly if it was okay to shave my head, and that there could be a serious skin problem, but I still refused.
Then they used a camera that was attached to an arm on the wall, first scanning it over each part of my skin up close, then changing to more of a regular camera mode and taking photos with a flash. The doctor instructed me to get into a variety of poses while the camera kept taking pictures. Some of them were close-ups of my genitals including the labia being held apart by the medical students and the clitoral hood being raised. They took swabs from various places including armpits, ears, vagina, under clitoral hood, between the toes, between the fingers, and anus.

I had to sit totally exposed in the room while they ran some of the samples in the lab. Many people saw me naked while I was waiting, and this time three of them were naked themselves while walking by. One guy my age, and a boy and a girl who looked younger. None of them had any body hair.

Ultimately, they came in and had a talk with me, saying there were signs of skin sensitivity and that the discoloration could become more severe if I didn't have it treated. They told me that my skin needed as much fresh air as possible, and gave me a list of instructions to follow. They said I should be totally nude at home, as well as anywhere else I can get away with it such as friends' homes (they said to show this doctor's note to explain my need).

They told me to keep my body totally hairless to increase the air contact, and recomended waxing or depilatory. And they said to keep my hair tied up and not laying on my shoulders, this time strongly advising me to either shave my head or at least cut my hair short enough so it can't touch my neck or ears.

I asked how serious this condition is, and they said they don't know yet. There were more labs to run. I was not given back my clothes at all, they gave me a thin short gown to go home in, and told me that when I go out in public, I should wear the absolute bare minimum. They said sandals and a loose sundress should be the most I ever wear, no underwear whatsoever.

I was pretty thrown by all of this, and I didn't plan to follow most of the instructions because they seemed so extreme, but my mom insisted I follow them to the letter. And I have been living that way ever since, with no diagnosis yet. At this point I'm pretty used to being seen naked, but I miss being hairy (it was basically the only sign of puberty I had, having very little breast or hips). And Mom did make me get the very short haircut."

COMMENTS

The skin exams told about here, seem quite appropriate when one suspects serious skin conditions. It may also be an appropriate preventive measure by certain conditions to wear only few and light clothes and be naked during privacy at home.

But having to be totally naked all the time and being totally exposed to the view of others as in this clinic, will be interpreted as an abuse and a felony in many jurisdictions.

The question is then why this clinic could do so without getting trouble with law enforcement.

The only possible answar is that the clinic cooperated with the authorities in a research project regarding the reactions of young people when viewd naked, and to document the bodily and emotional development of young people in details.

The extensive photograpy and sample taking also point to this conclusion.

One may also ask if the whole story of a skin condition was just a pretence to do examinations for this project.

Here is a copy of her previous report about the first exam at that clinic

irl, 16yo, USA, Thorough general exam under a suspicious setting

This happebned in USA, a few weeks ago when I write this, in July 2022.

I'm female and 16. The people who witnessed it were all different ages, but mostly teens

I went to a new doctor's office since I felt I didn't need to go to the pediatrician anymore, but my mom insisted I get a check up. The strange behavior began with the examination rooms, the only thing separating them from the hallway was clear glass. I was brought into one and told: "remove everything until you're totally naked.", by the nurse. I saw there were curtains one could pull around the table, but the nurse never drew them, nor did the doctor later. I wasn't given a gown either.

The nurse said he had to shave me before the doctor would see me, and he said it in a tone that suggested it just had to be done, so I just submitted and let him remove all of my body hair (I had a lot, I was kind of proud of it. But I guess it was hiding me from the exam?).

Then I was left in there for a while, waiting for the doctor. The entire time, people walked by and saw me totally naked. At least two were guys my age, and they slowed down and stared for a while. I couldn't stop blushing.

The doctor's exam was basically normal, but very thorough. He checked -everything- including a full vaginal exam. I was mortified. But I guess I have to keep going here, as it's the nearest clinic and gas costs too much to make longer trips.

I was given a referral to a dermatologist in the same office, because the doctor said my skin was changing color in patterns that were a bit concerning. I'm not sure if I want to go back again, but my mom has been insisting. I don't think the overall doctor behavior was that strange, it was more the nurse and the layout of the clinic."

COMMENTS

It look like this clinic specialized in examining teenage girls and boys, and that the mother chose the clinic for that purpose.

The exposure of the patients naked to other people is clearly outside common social standard in many societies and shows a neglect of the emotions of the patients, and it borders to illegal.

The uncovered glass doors makes it more practical and economical to handle many patients throughout the day, but that should not have forerang before the emotional wellbeing of the patients.

Also the shaving before the exam is strange and usually unnecessary. Perhaps the mother had reported those changes in her skin and that the doctor wanted to look well at all the skin on her body, which can explain the shaving.

However, there is a possibility that the staff took secret pictures of naked smooth patients through hidden cameras or surveillance cameras for own pleasure or profit, which is higly illegal. This could be a reason for the uncovered glass doors and shaving.

A thorough exam as told about is however appropriate, and also the referal to a dermatologist if these color changes indeed looked abnormal. But be aware that this referal can be a pretense for taking illegal pictures of naked patients or to earn extra money.
