Gutten Tag,

Constipation causing bedwetting into teens, especially in boys, is somewhat common.

Doing a sigmoidoscopy (or colonoscopy) would be indicative. If such examinations reveal no significant findings, then they make diapers in teen sizes for a reason, which help for bedwetting. Of course, a teenager would likely find diapers embarrassing.
