Hi

What I am talking about occurs in these settings according to my material:

- Private schools that takes care of much of the daily lives of children, and are run according to a certain philosophy, especially Montessori schools.

- Some of these are boarding schools, others not.

- Communities that run an advanced program regarding the health and surveillance of children, often have medical centers as I described. But such centers that serve several schools, tend to place them as an annex to one of these schools, while the others of the schools served often have scarce medical facilities. If you happen to attend that school, the exam will physically occur at school.

- As you mentioned also communities or schools that are connected to some research activity, this aspect is often blended with those above.

- The thing I call intensive care unit in such centers or annexes are used to monitor body functions as a part of the exam and recovery after exams under anesthesia, but they are not used for recovery for major surgery or to take care of seriously sick children. But they are equipped much as a regular intensive care unit.
