To me too it looks like a purpose is to make kids compliant, first and foremost to some international bigger agenda, and somewhat secondary to local authorities.

But it also look that a purpose is to make also these local authorities compliant to the international agenda. But to get hold of the kids they offer free help to local authorities and parents for their purpose with the kids, as long as this purpose is not opposed to the international agenda.

Very generally it looks like their method is 3 stages that are constantly recycled worldwide:

- Test a broad and great sample of kids in various parts of the world to find out in which ways they are and are not compliant to the international agenda, using local authorities as helpers

- Test out methods to make them compliant

- Then use these methods on all kids in all parts of the world as far as it is possible, mostly using local authorities as servants.

It looks like this process has been recycled for many decades, but with variable degree of success internationally.


The compliancy they try to establish is regarding feelings, politically correct intellect, social culture, sexuality, body shape and function, health - and obedience to authorities.

The unprofessional and delinquent behavior of the parts of the staff is due to the fact that these projects are massive, and they need a lot of helpers, of which there will be impossible to get only the best ones, and that they must let the project teams work very independent.

Yes, there seem that the military has an interest in the projects and use several methods to keep control of the kids and to test out methods of keeping control of crowds. And probably some modern methods the police and military use to keep control have been tested in these projects.

The methods I have seen documented in my material use special sound frequencies, blinking light pattern, implanted electronic chips, probably microwaves with specific frequencies and drugs spread out.

Yes, much of this resembles the alien abduction stories, and I indeed think many of these stories are from misinterpreted memories of kids that have been used by this international program.
