Guten abend Knut,

Is there any chance these programs are intended to make these kids more compliant with authoritative persons in their life such as teachers, school nurses, psychologists? Are they unwittingly referring these kids to a government agency?

It’s somewhat likely that a photic stun device has been developed by the military, and could be used by government agencies in different countries. This would give the impression of an alien abduction experience that would seem not believable, but not impractical to carry out.

The fact so many human medical personnel took part in a particular encounter makes me think its government ran, in near total secrecy. These examinations might be performed by medical persons who have dual civilian and military employment. It still seems like the healthcare workers are clumsy and inexperienced, or simply for their own personal pleasure and not really for medical or research reasons.

Bitte Schon!
