Subject: Medical experiments on children in Australian institutions

There was a public published report in Australia a few years ago by a commission set up by the Australian government to investigate medical experiments done on children and teens in institutions during the 50s till the 70s.
Several experiments were mentioned, including trying new drugs and medicines on them to see what side effects they had before making them available to the public as medicines.

I am sure that these secret experiments were also done in other countries, including possibly the US, and being kept secret from the public.
