Hi, This is a list to be used when describing the exam more thoroughly. It is surely not complete, so add anything more you think is important. You can use the list just to fresh up memory and describe it all with out words, or you can mark the things you know were done and add some details:

Tell something more about the rooms, settings and staff where they examined you.

Describe more about the cleaning session before the exam. Were for example your digestive system flushed internally with a tube through anus?

Descibe how the photographic session proceeded, especially cameras used and the position you were put in for each camera.

Did they measure the sizes and length of body parts. how?

Did they perform an orthopedic exam with flexibility measure of all joints, neck and back, how?

Did they perform a neurological and psychological exam with electrods on body parts. Which body parts? Tell abot how it was done.

Decribe the x-ray equipment used, and which body parts x-rayed.

Describe use of external ultrasound and what body parts got ultrasound-imaged.

Instruments used through urethra of brother and how these worked:
- Swabs
- Catheter for urine samples
- Urethral speculum
- Sonds or catheters to take speciments
- Flexible cystoscope.
- Rigid cystoscope
- Uretherosocpe to look inside all the way into the kidneys
- Ultrasound sond inside urethra
- Sounds of various size to widen urethra
- Tube-like balloon to inflate to widen urethra
- Tube in bladder to inflate it with air or liquid

Special exam in the genitals
-Injections in penis, testicle or between legs
-Specimens taken out from inside scrotum with syringe
-Specimenstaken with some tube down to the prostate area
-Sperm sample

Arrangements afterwards - electrodes and the machine they were connected to
-Electrodes on head
-Electrodes on breast
-Electrodes on genitals
-Electrodes on arms
-Electrodes on hip area
-Electrodes on legs

Arrangements afterwards - tubes and the machines they were connected to - how did the machine look, how did it work
-Breathing tube
-Catheter into urtehra
-Tube into anus

Hole made inside or near the navel and then instruments put into the abdominal cavity for inspection or specimen taking.

What did they do with the breasts?

About the other kids you were examined with:
- What was their age span?
- Did you see anything special they did with the kids that thay didd not do with you?
- Did you see anything special they did with the kids that they possibly did with you when you were under anetshesia and not remember it?
