This is about my nephews got called in for exams while I was watching them for a few weeks.

This happened when they were 9 and 12 years old, in Idaho, USA, in year 2016, in a local clinic.

Someone picked them up at the house for the exam. Two Doctors examoined them with uncle present.


OVERVIEW OF THE EXAM

They examined head teeth, jaws, genitals, rectal zone, general pelvic zones. They inserted instruments into my mouth and rectal opening. They performed a psychological exam. They made interrogations about social relations and daily life.


ANESTHESIA AND ARRANGEMENTS

They were given sadative or pain-killing medicines through mouths. They were totally naked.


THE EXAM STEP BY STEP

Took clothes. Checked all over. Checked penis. Check bottom. Then waited for results. Then the wanted to check bottom again.


REASON AND JUDGEMENT

What do you think was the reason for this exam? The said our parents sign us up for regular exams. What is your opinion about thios experience? its weird.


GENITO-URINARY EXAM

They used a caheter or tube to take specimens from urinary system. They inserted a special catheter or tube to measure something inside the urinary system. They palpated outar male genitals and testicles. They slid down foreskin and spread my urinary opening. They collected a semen specimen by means of prostate massage through rectum.

They examined prostate with an ultrasound sond into my anus. They palpated prostate with a finger into rectum.


EXAMINATION THROUGH ANUS

They spread yheir cheeks and examined extarnally rectal zone. They examined rectum with an inserted finger. They inserted a speculum into anus to examine it internally. They took some measurements inside rectum or bowel with a long tube-like instrument. They examined rectum with an ultrasound sond.


SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS

They had straneg pain or irritation in rectal zone and stomach as if my rectum or bowel had been secretly examioned.

They felt really sore after the 2nd exam but dont remember allot of it.

Someone strange person came and performed an intimate exam even though they were called in for quite another reason. Anoter doctor examed rectal area.


FOLLOW-UPS

New exams as follow up please specify: they said we had to get exams 2 times a month Medication as follow-up: Medication to help control hyperactivity.

COMMENTS

It looks like the parents originally had agreed for regular exams of the boys to control hyperactivity and check their mental and physical development.

The specific exams through their urethra, the prostate excretion sampling, and ultrasound exam probably had the purpose of getting an exact picture of their development status, which might be useful for determining how to manage their hyperactivity.

It also seems that some medical providers work after a hypotesis that abnormalities in the plevic area can trigger behavior problems which also explain the intrusive exams.

Furthermore health providers seem to be concerned that children with behavior problems might engage in unwanted sexual activities or be subjected to abuse, which is a further explanation.

It looks like they took specimens from their anus to check tracks of sexual engagements during the first exam.

It also looks that they inserted some test equipment into their urethra and bladder to test the reaction of the urinary system upon stimuli or performed a cytocopy. They possibly pumped up the urethra and bladder to measure muscular responce. This also might have the the mentioned objectives.

I am a female. I was a school-aged child, 9 year sold, in 1980, western Europe.

I was examined in a hospital. My parents took me to the exam. A team of a doctor and nurse did the exam.


THE EXAM THEY PERFORMED:

They examined my blood vessels or heart with a catheter inserted into a blood vessel. I do not know any other exam done.


ANESTHESIA AND ARRANGEMENTS:

I was given pain-killing or sedative shots. I was then totally put to sleep. I was totally naked.

First I got a shot in my butt to calm me down, then put me to sleep by mask.


THE REASON FOR THE EXAM:

What do you think was the reason for this exam? Heart disease.


OTHER OBSERVATIONS:

They put me in a diaper.


COMMENTS

What happened was that they put a catheter up to the heart, injected contrast fluids and took x-ray pictures. The catheter was probably inserted through a vessel in the arm or the shoulder area, but it could possible also have been inserted high up in a thigh or the groin area.
